Summary


A loss in the first round of the 2005 playoffs was almost as important to Aliquippa coach Mike Zmijanac as any of his postseason victories.

"We didn't have too many expectations going into last season," said Zmijanac, whose squad was 8-2. "Of course, you are never happy to lose, but I was pleased with how we played, especially because we had so many young players who started. I have always told my teams that as long as they give all they can give, then I will always be proud of them."
