Another former officer from the defunct Loyalhanna Township Volunteer Fire Department has admitted splitting more than $13,000 in leftover department revenues with another officer after the company dissolved in 2007, police said.
Lonald L. Ramsey, 64, of 209 Park St., Derry, was recently charged by Westmoreland County Det. Will Brown with theft and receiving stolen property for the theft of $13,491 from the department.
