A man who died last night after he was tasered by police on the Parkway West was suicidal, according to Pittsburgh police.
Chad Cekas, 27, was walking in rush-hour traffic on the Parkway West inbound near the Fort Pitt Tunnel at about 8:44 p.m. yesterday, police said.
