2nd Man Pleads Guilty to Abduction of Manchester Preservationist

Summary


A McKees Rocks man was sentenced Tuesday for his guilty pleas in connection with the abduction and stabbing of a prominent Manchester preservationist.

Matthew Frazier, 33, pleaded guilty to burglary, kidnapping, robbery and aggravated assault in exchange for a sentence of 13 to 26 years, to run consecutively with a two-year sentence he's serving for an unrelated robbery.
