Merkle Inc., a customer relationship marketing agency based in Columbia, Md., said on Tuesday it acquired Impaqt, a search marketing agency headquartered in Green Tree.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Impaqt's clients include Office Depot and Tiffany & Co. Impaqt has more than 80 employees and projected revenue this year at more than $90 million.
