Charges are pending against a 19-year-old McKeesport man accused of assaulting two state police troopers while resisting arrest after police used an electroshock weapon to subdue him early Sunday in Bell Township.
The man, whom police did not identify, allegedly kicked the legs of two troopers from the Kiski Valley barracks and tried to punch them while being taken into custody near Bell Point Road and Kochka Drive at 3 a.m., state police at Kiski Valley said.
