Shannon Keith Bowker, 21, and Andrew Tyler Harvey, 20, both of Meyersdale; and 20-year-old Drew Allan Wellington of Garrett, were arrested following the party at Bowker's home, where state police said they and two 15-year-old girls were playing drinking games.See the full content of this document
