Summary


Although he is not old enough to drive, Monessen sophomore Mike Lewgood is frequently frustrated by what he sees along area highways, and it has nothing to do with the way people operate their vehicles.

His frustration stems from all too often seeing people either toss litter out of their cars or seeing the fast-food restaurant bags, drink containers and uneaten food, all tarnishing the roadsides, or noticing the general lack of concern for the state's natural resources.
