Would someone please explain why government agencies need to advertise? For example, the Army Corps of Engineers sponsored a T- shirt giveaway at a Pirates game!
Even more egregious, our wonderful, outdated, 17th-century anachronism of "wine and spirits" distribution sees fit to advertise specials! Would someone please tell these bozos they are a monopoly?
