A poll of Pittsburgh-area nonprofits shows employees had the smallest increase in salaries last year since the survey started in 2002.
The average nonprofit worker made 2.5 percent more in 2010 than in 2008, according to a biannual wage and benefit survey conducted by Robert Morris University's Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management and the United Way of Allegheny County.
