Summary
The skeletal remains that were found last month in an abandoned house in the North Side were identified Monday as a man who was known to stay there, a spokeswoman for the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said.
The body of Walter Loucks, 69, was found Feb. 25 inside the attic of a house in the 900 block of Itin Street. The home had been abandoned for some time, but there was evidence that Loucks had stayed there with a friend.See the full content of this document
