Construction work on a project to alleviate traffic stacking on Norwin Avenue in North Huntingdon will begin on Monday, but the road will remain open, township officials said.
The work from Route 30 to Magill Drive in the Norwin Hills Shopping Center will include widening and modifying a middle lane into a second lane that motorists may take to turn left onto Route 30 West.
