Top winter guards will perform in the WGI Sport of the Arts Pittsburgh Regional at Norwin High School.

Winter guards from eight states and 33 teams will perform at the competition Feb. 12. Doors will open at 9 a.m., with preliminary performances starting at 10. Doors will reopen at 6 p.m. for the finals competition.
