Summary
After reading the news story "1 million voters left out in primary" and Fred Bowman's letter "Whiners, join party" (April 2, April 9 and TribLIVE.com), I think it is obvious that both pieces about Pennsylvania's closed primary system beg for illumination.
Advocating for inclusion by allowing independents to vote in a political party they are not a member of is just as wrong as maintaining the current system of exclusion.
