Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of as much as $4,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case of a man who was shot and killed in Penn Hills.

Phillip Stotts, 18, of Penn Hills was shot in the head Nov. 25 while waiting in his car outside a co-worker's home in the 500 block of Guylyn Drive. Stotts, who had no criminal record, and the co- worker just finished their shift at a Monroeville restaurant.
