Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato will end up "back in court" if he acts without County Council's participation to spend drink tax money on Port Authority building projects, Councilman Charles P. McCullough said Tuesday.
When asked specifically if he meant he would sue Onorato, McCullough, R-Upper St. Clair, deflected the question, saying he doesn't make threats.
