Summary


Compelled by testimony of drug-induced sexual hallucinations, an Allegheny County judge Wednesday acquitted a South Hills oral surgeon of all charges related to allegations he molested 17 female patients.

A cheer and applause erupted in the crowded courtroom when Common Pleas Judge Anthony M. Mariani cleared Dr. Robert John Boyda of assaulting patients in his offices in Robinson and Scott from 2002 through late 2007, when two patients went to police.
