Two state cabinet officers visited a Fayette County middle school Tuesday to announce a grant program designed to promote physical fitness.
The Active Schools Grant will provide middle schools with $5,000 to adopt physical activity programs that meet federal guidelines, Secretary of Health Everette James announced during a visit to Albert Gallatin South Middle School in Point Marion.
