Interest in Piatt Place, Downtown, from local and national retailers is so strong that a grocery store already announced may have to be relocated to the vacant G.C. Murphy store, developer Lucas Piatt said Thursday.
The strong interest could mean the entire 50,000 square feet of first-floor retail area in the former Lazarus/Macy store at Fifth and Wood streets will be leased by the end of 2007, Piatt said.See the full content of this document
