The former chief pilot for 84 Lumber is accused of using his post for the Washington County-based company to fraudulently obtain almost $260,000 over a four-year period.

Nicholas James Ludi, 62, of 77 Belmeade Terrace, South Union was charged last week with various counts of theft, unlawful use of a computer, commercial bribery and breach of duty to act disinterestedly, deceptive or fraudulent business practices and tampering with records or identification.
