Former Pleasant Hills Police Chief Floyd M. Nevling is accusing borough officials of waging a public relations war against him by filling court records with inflammatory allegations about his tenure on the force.

In documents filed in response to Nevling's civil lawsuit against the borough and its civil service commission, Pleasant Hills Solicitor Fred C. Jug Jr. listed dozens of allegations and seven noncriminal charges against Nevling, who was suspended June 18 and fired July 30 from the post he held since 1992.
