Summary
I have to take exception to the Trib's "Laurel" ("Laurels & Lances," May 27 and TribLIVE.com) regarding PNC Financial Services Group's planned skyscraper to be built without public subsidies.
"Laurel" is a term used to honor with marks of distinction. To cite that no public subsidy is being used and give this project a mark of distinction is far from the truth. The very foundation of this 40-story skyscraper plan is going to be built on publicly subsidized land.See the full content of this document
