A North Union man has been charged with attempting to use a forged prescription to obtain 90 oxycodone tablets from a pharmacy in Lemont Furnace.
Jarrod Allen Clements, 26, of 1154 West Penn Blvd. was charged Jan. 26 with possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, tampering with records or identification and pharmacy act-unlawful acts. He was taken into custody Thursday by state police at Uniontown and arraigned before Redstone District Judge Michael Defino.
