State police in Indiana County said they used store surveillance video to help break up a purse snatching ring that has been targeting customers at convenience, discount and grocery stores since Feb. 11.
Robert Highton and Candice Lynn Baird, both 29 and of 778 Old Indiana Road, Apt. E in Josephine, and Heather Forsell, 41, of 73 Grove St. in Coral, were arraigned this week on multiple charges of theft, fraud and forgery in connection with several thefts in the Blairsville and Indiana areas, state police said.See the full content of this document
