In a July 23 commentary ("Roadmap to reform") Republican gubernatorial candidate Lynn Swann presents what at first glance appears to be an impressive and compelling case to vote for him as the candidate of reform. If only I could feel that he believes the words that he wrote or that someone wrote for him.
