Two Fayette County women filed a federal lawsuit this week claiming Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Somerset County unjustly fired them from their jobs booking ski trips because they were too old.

Jane Dively, 54, and Joanne Hartman, 64, both of Champion, claimed in a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh that they were removed from their jobs as ski trip coordinators because of their ages. The women were terminated from their positions March 30, 2009.
