Inbound motorists on Route 28 faced delays of up to an hour Tuesday morning because of glitches with new traffic signals at the 40th Street Bridge, PennDOT said.
The problem is expected to be resolved and the signals working properly for today's morning rush, said PennDOT spokesman Jim Struzzi. Crews were working to set the signals to yellow for the morning rush the remainder of the week.See the full content of this document
