Penguins center Jordan Staal hit the ice this morning for an individual workout session at Consol Energy Center.
Staal is out indefinitely with a right foot injury. He has not played since mid-May in the Stanley Cup playoffs. He underwent surgery in a second-round series to repair a severed tendon, and over the summer had two surgeries to correct infections in that foot.See the full content of this document
