Summary
When Pennsylvania receives its bucket of money from the federal stimulus bill, I would like to see the entire amount pumped back into the state economy.
The simplest way to do this would be to suspend the state income tax and/or the state sales tax for a period of time -- replacing the revenues normally generated by state taxes with the stimulus money. Once the stimulus money has been used up, the tax holiday would end.See the full content of this document
