A Fayette County man has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Uniontown and three police officers, alleging police violated his civil rights when they arrested him in February 2004.

Russell Brooks, of 119 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, filed the suit last month against officers Donald Gmitter, Jonathan Grabiak and Michael Garrow.
