Tax-Cheating 'Sultana' Gets More Prison Time

A federal judge in Pittsburgh today ordered a Virginia woman who helped state prison inmates file bogus tax returns to spend an additional 15 months in prison.

Edna Gorham-Bey, 58, who calls herself the Sultana of the United States Moorish-American Nation, also was ordered by U.S. District Judge Donetta Ambrose to pay $7,683 in restitution to the federal government.
