Summary
It's not easy to impress Luke Bulla. As a bluegrass fiddler, he's performed with Ricky Skaggs, Tony Rice, Sam Bush and Earl Scruggs. He's also recorded or gigged with John Paul Jones, Bruce Hornsby, Bela Fleck and actor Kevin Costner.
But when he first joined the band Works Progress Administration, performing Saturday at Diesel, South Side, there were some jaw- dropping moments.
