Summary
When John and Caddy Harper were looking for a place to escape from the bustle of their daily lives as business owners in Pittsburgh, the Ligonier Valley seemed like a natural choice. Caddy Harper had once lived in Stahlstown, and she wanted to bring that same quiet pace back into her life. The Harpers' retreat will be one of the homes featured on the June 20 "Inside Ligonier Valley" home tour, a joint venture of the Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor, the Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Ligonier Valley Historical Society. The self- guided driving tour also will include a restored farmhouse, a new luxury home, a pair of vacation cottages, a garden and a meticulously handcrafted barn.See the full content of this document
