About 560 unionized production workers at the Treehouse Foods Inc. facility -- formerly the H.J. Heinz plant on Pittsburgh's North Side -- are to vote today on a tentative three-year contract.
The agreement calls for a pay raise of 95 cents an hour over the length of the contract, which would expire March 1, 2009. Union leaders estimated the average wage at the plant for veteran workers at $16 per hour.See the full content of this document
