Summary
As a concerned area resident, I'd like to propose that we halt construction on the North Shore Connector transit tunnel immediately, rope off the area and declare it a memorial to the end of earmark spending, bloated government contracts and "public construction without representation."
It could be an educational tool. Heck, we could probably get state money out of it somehow! It would be more profitable than anything that the Port Authority could possibly propose moving forward.See the full content of this document
