Uniontown City Council authorized its solicitor on Tuesday to settle pending litigation of property tax assessment rates for 2010- 12 for Uniontown Family Homes, a 30-unit family housing development in the Gallatin Avenue and East End neighborhoods.

The housing development is a partnership between Fayette County Community Action Agency Inc., PNC multifamily capital and PIRHL Developers, a Cleveland-based owner, developer and general contractor of affordable housing.
