HARRISBURG -- Voters continued shakeup of the state legislature's leadership Tuesday, defeating No. 2 Democratic leader Mike Veon.

Veon, House Minority Whip and the only lawmaker who opposed the repeal of the 2005 pay raise, lost his Beaver County seat to Republican challenger Jim Marshall by about 54 to 46 percent.
