Warrants have been issued for two of the three men accused of being involved in the fatal beating of an Avalon man during a robbery in an apartment complex in the North Side.
John Harris, 24, and Robert Coates, 25, are charged with robbery, aggravated assault and conspiracy in the beating of Victor Borrero, 55, who was found unconscious at 3:10 a.m. Aug. 8 in the stairwell of Allegheny Center on East Ohio Street, city police Cmdr.
