Fred R. Pena told a Westmoreland County judge on Wednesday that he has solved the mystery of where gallons of a toxic chemical, powerful enough to kill more than 100,000 people, has been stored.

"It's in an in-ground steel tank, between the two buildings," Pena said, describing the former industrial site on Sandy Creek Road in Verona, Allegheny County, that housed his father's former company, Industrial Diamond Powder Inc.
