A Wilkinsburg police officer accused of fraudulently obtaining the prescription painkiller oxycodone on multiple occasions waived a preliminary hearing on the charges Thursday.
Gary S. Vidovich, 55, of Tarentum, was charged last week with 28 counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, said his attorney, Patrick Thomassey.
