A former employee of Kensington Lighting Corp. in Hempfield filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Wednesday claiming that company president Gary Whiteknight sexually harassed her.
Gloria Palko of Acme says in the lawsuit that Whiteknight subjected her and other female employees to unwanted sexual comments throughout her employment as a customer service representative at the business at 593 Rugh St. from April 2005 to August 2008.
