Ex-Wvu Athlete From Uniontown Seeks Dismissal of Drug Charges

A former West Virginia University football player wants drug charges against him to be thrown out, claiming through his attorney that a state trooper improperly had him step out of his car during a traffic stop that led to the discovery of marijuana and cocaine.

Cleo Kevin "Boo" McLee, 24, of Uniontown, is charged by state police at Uniontown with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His attorney, Donald B. Zaycosky of Uniontown, has filed a motion seeking to have the delivery charges dismissed.
